Profile

I completed my PhD in Psychology at the University of Nottingham, where my research focused on understanding biases in orientation perception in human vision, employing psychophysical methods and computational modelling. In 2024, I joined the University of Leicester as Early Career Fellow in the School of Psychology and Vision Sciences. My research interests lie in the mechanisms underlying sensory perception in both non-clinical and clinical populations. I am particularly interested in how perceptual processes may differ between these groups, and how these differences can inform our understanding of sensory function. I am also exploring the potential of web-based testing methods to enhance the monitoring of eye disease and to reduce barriers to clinical care.
